INTRODUCTION: Student life is full of new and exciting experiences and there is often lots going on.It is important to look after yourself to help you cope with the changes in lifestyle.Health behavior are expressed as an activity or behavior believed and performed to be healthy as well as the behaviors performed by healthy individuals to prevent diseases.Our college years are some of the most fun and exciting moments of our life.On the other hand,it can be some of the toughest and roughest year too. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be difficult as a student.With a plethora of other responsibilities,students often fails to live a healthy life.Late nights,irregular schedules,work commitments,tight budgets and food choices all have a specific role on the health of a student.
It can be difficult for a student to maintain a healthy lifestyle as poor health can quickly lead to stress,self esteem issues,poor mood,illness and fatigue.However,some sacrifices are necessary,and students ought to make them in order to ensure their success in studies and beyond.
